My use of materials is as diverse as my process. Combining acrylic, oil paint, and pastel, I create layered compositions in which transparency and texture are crucial elements. The creative feeling I get from the studio reflects in my work, and the natural light enhances these aspects.

My Inspiration

My paintings emerge from chaos, inspired by images of abandoned buildings, places reclaimed by nature, and news footage of natural disasters. I find beauty in decay, translating it into poetic compositions that draw the viewer into a world that is both confronting and serene.

My work often starts with a photograph—a captured moment that gradually dissolves into a process of layering, chance, and emotion. Over time, I let go of the recognizable image, allowing it to evolve into its own language—a search for atmosphere, feeling, and stillness.
